Regular Rates

• SPECIAL OFFER IN MAY 2010 $150.00 PER NIGHT!!!
• June through August 2010 190.00 night & $1140.00 per week
• September through December 2010 $175.00 per night & $1050.00 week
• All fees are subject to 16.75% San Antonio transient tax
• Cleaning Fee $85.00
• Please ADD 5% if paying with a credit card
  

Rates are based on eight (8) persons, each additional person will be charged $10.00 per night.

Summer /Christmas week /Thanksgiving week @ Regular Rate - One week minimum rental

Rental Policy:

• All rates are subject to 16.75% state tax
• $300.00 Reservation fee required. Becomes Damage Deposit at your arrival.
• Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check in time is 3:00 pm  Check out time is 10:00 am.
• No smoking/No pets allowed
• Maximum occupancy is 10 persons
• Three nights minimum rental - Five days minimun rental during Spring break season.
• Please understand that our home is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect our neighbors. If you are planning loud outside parties during the late evening hours, we would ask that you look for a different type of property to rent. Thank you.

Deposit Policy:

• A Reservation//Damage deposit is due within five days of booking. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent.
• This deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after checkout if house is left in good condition at checkout.

Refund Policy:

• All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50.00 whichever is greater. 
• Cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival day will be refunded the advance payment and damage deposit.
• For cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival or after arrival day, full advanced payment will be forfeited.
